Excellent Benefits package and if you have an understanding and compassionate Supervisor, then your job is actually pretty decent. Pay is higher than most jobs.
Cons
They stopped allowing us to roll over 40 hours of our paid time off into the next fiscal year. If you have a supervisor that doesn't have very much empathy for others, then you most likely won't like your job for very long here as employees are not paid enough for the amount of work they do. No overtime allowed. Not many perks to the job as its a non-profit so they have to stick to a tight budget.
