      Pros

      Its a good industry to work in (telecoms), and is growing faster than most in IT.

      Cons

      - Low pay compared to rivals - Open abuse of staff (managers will often yell at people in front of the office, I can't believe this still happens) - dull, repetitive work unless you are in with the right people

      Pros

      Great opportunities, fun colleagues, and competitive pay. I would return to eir in a heartbeat.

      Cons

      Management hasn't managed to turn the company's public image around. It's an uphill battle to get anything done sometimes with all the bureaucracy.
