      Great opportunities, fun colleagues, and competitive pay. I would return to eir in a heartbeat.

      Cons

      Management hasn't managed to turn the company's public image around. It's an uphill battle to get anything done sometimes with all the bureaucracy.

      commission was uncapped and lots of room for growth

      middle management were not interested in seeing fraudulent activities from certain stores who kept hitting their targets somehow
