The humanity of our leadership team, they focus on the right things, for the right reasons. I gave them my trust when joining the team and the've earned it everyday since. Talking about my peers, each time I go to a "stand-up" meeting, I feel like I'm surrounded by the best in class. Everyone at Eiratech is very determined and focused towards individual responsibilty. We're constantly challenging each other to bring something new in regards to diversity in technologies. I joined as an intern and eventually got converted to permanent. The main thing I like about my company is that I never feel like I'm the odd one out - even being the most junior employee on the software team, my points are treated seriously and you never feel bad. The pathways are transparent and the leadership focus heavily on development programs.

No such party or outgoing happens as well as it don't offer any free brekafast or snacks which generally most of the companies do.
