No pros. Pure cons. Instead of helping their employees, this agency is finding every ways to cut a "tax deductions" reasoning everytime you have some bonus or allowance. That's what this agency is doing.

*Deducting too much Tax with unreasonable breakdown. *Even site allowance have tax that is supposed to be not included since it is not reflected in payslip. *Delay releasing Tax refund and Leave conversion *All this agency care about is to deduct everytime you got some bonus and allowance.
