Growth means sometimes working extra hours but it will be worth it!

Elantis has amazing people, with the exception of the CEO. Everyone is very good about checking in with their co workers and trying to get the job done right.

The CEO is sinking this company. The “culture” is non existent. Literally every day the majority of the staff in the entire company are wondering if that is the day that they are getting fired, if that is the day they are not getting paid, if that is the day the company shuts down. This company is in trouble. And frankly, they cannot do the work that they are promising to customers because they don’t have the people, which equals very pissed off customers. I would really warn you before you looked at taking a job here. Because I don’t know if they will still be here in six months.
