Since I started working at Elara, I have discovered millions of hidden gems that convince me I made the right choice - at Elara you get everything you need to work efficiently and comfortably: Starting with outstanding equipment and continuing with a very progressive, diverse, talented and supportive Team from whom you can always learn something new. As a member of Elara, you feel that you are an integral part of a collective that respects your background and empowers you to do your best. Sometimes it's hard to properly express all the feelings you have while working at Elara, but I tried to summarize some of the most important (but definitely not all) factors that make me happy and proud to be on the same mission: - A wonderful and diverse Team; - Beautiful office in a central location; - The opportunity to own the processes; - Dymanic, transparent and " anti-blame" culture; - Strong guidance and support from leadership; - Steep learning and growth curve that allows you to try things out and take risks.
Cons
When I applied for the position, I wasn't fully aware of the benefits the company offers to the Team - perhaps promoting this more actively and adding the information to the careers page would be a good move.
