      Management clueless, No Opportunity,Low Pay, Huge amount of Harassment that when report doesn’t get handled.No training.They act like they have a open door policy but they don’t care about their employees

      Family oriented. Flexible scheduling if owners like you.

      Cons

      Owners do not agree on directives to managers and go behind each others backs to get what they want. Owners break company policy to get what they want.
