Cons
I was recently hired after an exhausting and stressful interview process. After only three days on the job, I was let go because upper management had a feeling that I would not be right for the position. This was the decision of the same VP that interviewed me and hired me. Very unethical to do that to anyone. I was also required to let my previous employer know I had intentions to leave, 2 months before being hired. This insured that I would have to give up my previous job before even being hired by Elbeco. When they fired me, I had no chance to go back onto my old job as it was already filled.
