Pros
Not put much stress on employees, Elcom has the family working enviroment. Working time is not so restrict, you can have day off when needed. Supporting from other department is good.
Cons
The working enviroment is not so professional. And the salary is not as high as expectation. However, working enviroment and salary are different among different companies in Elcom corporation. Also there are so many directors and so many team leaders, it is not necessary and make the company structure very complicated.
