Pros

There are good people who work there. The product itself is fine.

Cons

The CEO. Narcissistic, verbally abusive, no clear direction, manages to sabotage things constantly. I cannot stress this enough. Your mental health is not worth dealing with that man. Narcissists do not learn, they do not grow, you're only enabling his abusive behavior because he throws money at you. Definite lack of respect for others and I don't see him changing. Stop making excuses for his abusive behavior. Abuse is never ok, even if it is coming from the person paying you. Anyone who says they've never seen that side of him is lying. Plain and simple.

Pros

Unlimited PTO Lots of Opportunity for Growth Promote from Within Employee Recognition when employees go above and beyond Train you for the job Each and every employee I have worked with has been very nice experience, including upper management. I have been here for 3 years and am one of the younger employees and I can confidently say that some of the other reviews are wrong about the culture. Hired me right out of college and it has been a blessing working here with lots of career growth opportunity. IT Team has been very welcoming since i’ve come on board and always give assistance whenever needed.

Cons

Benefits could be better. This should get better when Eldermark NEXT and all the other brands software is modernized and we can boost sales numbers. (New software is super expensive to develop lol)

Pros

Met some smart and kind people!

Cons

LivTech is a good ole boys club. If you do not fit their narrow idea of what a “leader” or a “successful person” looks like then you will not have the same opportunity for growth. Also, the benefits are not on par with competitors - i.e. there is no paid parental leave, no 401k matching, and “unlimited vacation” that is highly regulated.
