Easy work, lots of opportunities to move up, on site gym and cafeteria with catered lunch that you can pay for out of your pay check($2 a meal)
Cons
Upper management is nit picky and out of touch with the rest of the line, 12 hour shifts with altering days (2 on 2 off every other weekend off), Forced to pick up slack of underperforming employees, little to no sitting
