Awesome work place for learning and growing - Senior Manager Elearnmarkets Employee Review

This company is really doing some great work, with some really exciting and transformative projects. It is a great company to work with if you want to have meaning in your work, efforts rewarded and want to be involved in making a difference there can be no better place.

For me, the biggest con has been having to work from home during the pandemic as it has meant I miss out on the fresh food, great coffee and the social atmosphere that is more difficult to create when working from home.

1. Good management by their positive thought process & motivations 2. Encourage upskilling 3. Learning opportunities for those who are interested to learn 4. I see it more as a positive than negative 5. You are sure to get different experiences 6. Work life balance is usually good 7. Motivations are more that expectation by the management 8. Good place to be if one is not over ambitious and want a relatively secure job
