Our team meetings are spent deep diving into meaningful health topics, learning new things, and sharing ideas that actually help us serve our clients better. One of the biggest things that stands out is how much the leadership truly cares. These are genuinely honest, good people who lead with integrity and make you feel supported from day one. They want you to be successful. We’re compensated well for the work we do. Plus, with the company growing, there are more and more opportunities to grow along with it. It is also worth noting that Elect Wellness is a high end service, so you will be working with high end clients, who are generally very serious about their health and respect our time and expertise. Flexible schedules, and owners who really care about their employees and helping them best use their talents and abilities to get the job done. A very strong knowledge on health and fitness. Never any hesitation in voicing a job well done to those who work for the company.

Due to the fact that it's a mobile business, face-to-face connection between employees/contractors can be lacking. But that really improves through monthly team meetings to keep everyone on the same page and heading in the same direction. This is a very minor con.
