On the negative side, there was an excessive workload, lack of understanding from supervisors, unreasonable demands, poor behavior from them, and although overtime was frequent, there was no corresponding compensation for it - all with a basic salary. Additionally, there was no prospect of advancement or recognition of the employees' value.
