Work years were 2006-2010. My early years with EDS were great. We worked with Blackberry devices and we had a limited number of devices that we did troubleshooting for which were thoroughly documented. Customer service was our top goal.
Cons
The cons came during the Sprint buyout. Our particular section was merged into another section entirely. We were given a laundry list of new things to troubleshoot with training that was sub optimal. During this time I asked to put in my two weeks unless they could send me back to my previous department. I was strung along for months with the suggestion that I might be able to... only for the department to be disbanded.
