Pros
Being a small startup, this is a place where everyone is encouraged to stretch themselves quite a bit and take on new challenges outside their standard expectations. For me, this has meant I've grown a lot in my career and in the kinds of responsibilities which I'm capable of handling.
Cons
Another side of the same coin is that because we don't have every process well defined and well established, it's not always smooth sailing when working through something new. If you're the kind of person who likes very large companies where everything is well defined and already decided, then this is not the place for you.
