      Analytics and big data are good technologies to work on

      Cons

      Poor planning by management led to long hours of work 24 hours meetings and war rooms and you get called all through the night on issues Skill set is not matched to the work you do

      Pros

      Fun and fast-pace! I learned more about business on the job than i did while in school! Flexible schedules are always available. like a big family!

      Cons

      Some vendor can be hard to work with. Many not will to accommodated to our schedule. We are a lounge operating during night hours.
