      Gym enviornment. Get to help people change their lives with fitness.

      Cons

      No real development from upper management. Expectations based off of numbers that aren’t clearly defined. Upper management is out of state so they cannot understand day to day operations im new market.

      Ownership constantly changes pay plans, company structure and will lie to employees to save money. Has a what have you done for me lately mindset.
