      - Incredible people that value one another and what they bring to the table - Lovely workspace (feels like an open loft apartment) - Award-winning commercial content produced annually

      - Smaller company, less structure (not a con for everyone though)

      Pros

      There is an opportunity to learn a lot as an intern if you're willing to go out of your way to learn information Everyone is very friendly and always willing to give out work if you ask Potential to make some really good connections for the future

      Cons

      You can get stuck doing a lot of busy work like getting coffee or unloading the dishwasher There are lulls in work when no one will have anything to pass off to you Don't really get a lot of meaningful individual projects
