Pros

0 pros, one of the worst companies in Bangalore

Cons

Everything, don't bother taking an interview. I was not provided a cab, even though I was a female employee. They had promised two way can, but didn't go through with it. They expected me to walk to my pg in the middle of the night. HR is is very bad and doesn't treat the employees with respect. HR did not take appropriate action against sexual harrasment by the other employees and even disregarded it completely. So save urself and don't join.

Pros

There is a system where employees can recognize each other and give a shout out in Teams at any time. You can earn rewards and swag based on that system. People in different departments worked well together. Not very much red tape at all. Upper management was accessible if needed. They did a good job of implementing consistent surveys to gauge employee feelings about a variety of issues and would report metrics in a monthly company meeting. I feel like they really did remote work well. No “dead weight”, everyone is super talented.

Cons

Even though they have been around a while, expect consistent change. On some teams, they don’t disclose how you’ll be measured and don’t disclose the questions they ask clients to get feedback on your performance. They make it up as they go, switch who reviews you with no notice. Make up goals close to a review. Some lower level managers will micromanage you and upper management will put up with atrocious soft skills as long as people are billing enough hours. Expect tons of unpaid overtime to keep up. Nepotism galore! My manager literally admitted to not wanting older workers on the team when going through resumes.
