      Pros

      Working at Element2 has been a great experience for me thus far! Our Senior Management team is extremely informative, helpful, and provides great support to our team in all areas of the job. I receive excellent benefits and bonuses from the start of my employment which not all companies offer. The environment we work in is fun and full of energy. There is room for growth within our company and our managers not only encourage us to consider new opportunities, but train us during our team meetings as well.

      Recruiting is a challenging environment, that is not meant for everyone.

      Pros

      The team and leadership at ELement2 allows me to work at my full potential. They really do "break the norms" and misconceptions about working in recruiting. The fact I have limitless potential and I have a voice that I'm able to speak up see see change has been such a breath of fresh air--I actually feel like I'm contributing to something bigger than myself. I highly recommend you explore working for this company. Great change in my life!

      Recruiting isn't for everyone, if you are coachable and can have some self accountability then you will do fine in this industry.
