A great place to work, with a brilliant, friendly team - Account/Project Manager Element78 Solutions Employee Review

Element78 provided a great opportunities to build on and expand skills, including certification(s). Everyone's super friendly, supportive and hard working. This is a company that openly supports flexible working: I was able to initially work 30 hours a week so I could spend more time with my young daughter, something my previous employer was not willing to entertain.

Office location became more and more difficult to commute to, plus parking is non-existent (except for a select few), thus infringing on work/life balance

Established agency with some great talent who are passionate about what they do and produce quality solutions. The management are caring and don't just pay lip service to being good employers.

Usual small business/agency stuff in terms of meeting deadlines and finding time to improve ways of working but on the whole this is better than at a lot of agencies.
