Pros

There is a clear idea of progression and the ability to shape your role as you learn, which is thanks to the supportive and fluid start up environment. You have the chance to act on your ideas and influence the growth of the company and product, which is not something you can do in a lot of other companies. Management is extremely supportive and it's a great company to work for overall. I would recommend to anyone. Hybrid and remote working options are great, and the "family and health come first ethos" is refreshing. All employees are respected and trusted which means we are all passionate about our work and want to give our best.

Cons

No cons for me. Startups aren't for everyone, as you might find yourself tackling challenges that wouldn't technically come under your job role in a larger company. I personally find this exciting and is what I love about the job and the company.

Pros

1. Management and colleagues 2. Product 3. How the platform/product has been received

Cons

Start up and then some so chaotic (could be a positive if your thrive on that). Growing pains is the only 'con' I can really think of

Pros

My favorite thing about working for Elements.cloud was the team that you're part of. The leadership is strong with years of experience, your co-workers are smart and supportive, and most importantly, the product is robust through and through. There are few places where you get to be excited to go to work on a Monday - this is one of them. I can't wait to see where the company will be in 5 years' time.

Cons

As with most startups, it can be frustrating finding the "aha" moment of what works clicks customers. Thus, growth has been very steady instead of exponential. But a minor issue that becomes solved over time and brand awareness.
