Pros
My favorite thing about working for Elements.cloud was the team that you're part of. The leadership is strong with years of experience, your co-workers are smart and supportive, and most importantly, the product is robust through and through.
There are few places where you get to be excited to go to work on a Monday - this is one of them. I can't wait to see where the company will be in 5 years' time.
Cons
As with most startups, it can be frustrating finding the "aha" moment of what works clicks customers. Thus, growth has been very steady instead of exponential. But a minor issue that becomes solved over time and brand awareness.
