      Pros

      Great insurance Work from home Flexible hours Equipment provided Weekends off No night shifts.

      Cons

      Yearly raises, but only receive a matter of change each year. Ive been employed for right at 5 years and don’t even make $16 an hour. Always on time, never call out, high productivity and efficiency. Work is not worth the pay. No room to grow. Workload increases, pay does not.

      Helping the community ie under represented and often forgotten about and minority low income or indigent get medical insurance .

      Cons

      Limited PTO when you start. Only 2 elevate days and 2 floating holidays
