      Pros

      There is a great team atmosphere, everyone is willing to help on projects when needed. Things tend to get really hectic at times but it's because it is a small locally owned company and we deal with a lot of bigger companies who are used to having bigger research companies who have the staff levels to accomplish everything they wish. Great paid time off and a company matching 401k up to 6% which you are vested in after 5 years. Birthday lunches from local restaurants often and substantial anniversary gifts given to employees. Everyone is very nice and willing to assist with everything you need. This is a growing company who is trying to remain competitive in the market while still offering boutique services to clients.

      Cons

      Hours can be very long, but as long as you understand that it is a business with specific goals for the clients then it's really not that big of a deal. Work can be stressful with very quick deadlines to meet and tough requirements. As long as you enjoy a challenge, you will appreciate it. Really, this is one of the best places I have worked at. There are what seem to be some growing pains associated with any business when they are trying to earn new business and new clients. But that is normal and to be expected with a small business.

      Elevated Insights is the best company I have ever worked for. They truly care about their employees and take the time to match everyone’s strengths and abilities with work responsibilities. The environment is fun but still professional. EI also gives back to the community!

      Pros

      I have worked at Elevated Insights for almost 3 years. I have to say that I have worked at some very bad places through my career and this is not one of them. The environment is very friendly and team oriented. We all work hard and have a lot of fun together…we just did a scavenger hunt last week where we all ran around downtown looking for different items. I recently came back from maternity leave where Debbie our CEO let me bring my newborn for 6 weeks as she knows how hard it is to put a baby in day care. She then let me shift my schedule to work from home most days to be with the baby. I have never worked somewhere where the CEO is so caring and has created such an amazing culture. I can’t imagine leaving this place.
