Small company so everyone is tight with each other. This can also be a bad thing possibly, but luckily everyone was great to work with. Did a lot of fun stuff. I'd much rather work here than be the IT guy for one company and just watch the same stuff hum away. That would be super boring.

If you can't learn quick you will be in trouble. You can't coast along here like you might in some large company were there are 100 people doing you same job.

Excellent company culture. Real concern shown for my success. The support that I need is given, the only thing I have to do is ask for it. No management or ownership hanging over my shoulder. Great coaching for daily job activities from others doing the same as I Nation wide. Excellent Health Insurance in place. I like the fact that we are a close knit staff with no doors closed to any staff member. My access to owners is direct. Ownership is well aware of "life" sometimes interrupting work and they are very understanding of that fact. I feel blessed and very appreciated.

After a 40 year working career and experience with others employers, I really cant find any cons to speak of here at Elevative. Company purchased lunches the first week of every new quarter, company paid health insurance, company hosted dinners each quarter, excellent, professional and fun company culture in place, full support in each aspect of my job. Personally? At 53, I plan on ending my working career at Elevative Networks.
