The product is amazing. The technical superiority is second to none. The technical support team and the product management/development team is also amazing. Very timely product that outperforms all of its competitors
Cons
Terrible company management. They have no idea how to get this product to market. Owners are engineers with zero sales experience and zero understanding of how to bring the product to market in a way that will meet their goals. They keep changing strategies and cannot seem to keep good talent. They are unwilling to spend the money on the marketing or talent they need to get the job done right.
