Pros
They have some great customers. Was a great place to work for until the year 2017.
Cons
The GM at the time of my leaving the company. Thought it expectable to make sexist jokes about females, in meetings in front of male and female colleagues. He would only accept ideas and opinions from males in the team and would only allow male managers into his inner circle. In one meeting in front of my colleagues. When I commented about an account director, I was working with. He screamed out little a petulant child. "He's not a director, he doesn't have shares in the company" To which I replied. "His official job title is account director". I would expect a man of his level to agree to disagree despite my fact being correct. However he carried on in his childish, chauvinistic manner at me. Safe in the knowledge his best mate who got him the job, holds a high ranking position in the company, so no one is getting rid of him. Also whilst a male colleague was given all the time and support required to work from home and care for his sick mother during covid. I on the other hand, was expected to carry on with my regular duties and coming in to work in the office, despite my father being ill and in his last months of life. As I tried to fight my case through the grievance procedure. I suffered organisational bullying, until I could face no more. I was advised to take the company to tribunal as I had a strong case on many levels. However the whole situation had left me mentally and physically weak so I just left.
