Pros

Anyone looking to interview out will find that it is a good stepping stone for their next role, given how this company diligently manages its external image. It is also a great place to develop software development skills, as the leadership will let you build pretty autonomously and work on meaty projects if they trust you.

Cons

Working at this company has been a consistently disappointing experience. There appears to be a discernable pattern of highly positive reviews that doesn’t fully reflect the range of employee experiences, which can create a misleading external perception. I'd suggest carefully reviewing the full history of Glassdoor feedback over time. A smart interviewee would pay attention to the review submission dates. Internally, the culture feels heavily influenced by office politics. Visibility and alignment with leadership preferences often seem to carry more weight than measurable contributions or outcomes. There are also recurring concerns about hiring practices that appear to favor personal connections over demonstrated qualifications and relevant experience. Product direction is frequently set by individuals lacking experience building or scaling software, resulting in unclear strategies, shifting requirements, and ongoing strain on engineering teams. Overall, this environment may not be a strong fit for individuals seeking a transparent, merit-driven, non-performative, and collaborative workplace. Interviewees should evaluate carefully and ask detailed questions during the interview process.

Pros

Product Market fit is insane. Our buyers intuitively can connect business value to our product and can see the impact without much explaining. Plus the demo has several wow factors with our voiceAI. The company is growing 100%+ YoY.

Cons

It takes a lot of work to grow a company at this pace and you have to be really intentional if you want work/life balance. Everyone should know what they are choosing.

Pros

The scheduling was flexible and there were some kind people on my team that I genuinely enjoyed working with which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.

Cons

First off, management has several issues and they never seem to be addressed despite all of the surveys employees are asked to answer. Communication is honestly the worst I've ever seen at any job I've been at. If you need help during a project, you'd be better off figuring it out on your own because you will receive answers only hours later if at all. Upper management is even worse. If you make a mistake of any kind, instead of addressing it in order to help improve, you'll just be removed from the project entirely so you won't even get the chance to know what you did wrong. The upper management won't tell you themselves and will send someone else to do their dirty work for them. Secondly, like many other reviews have mentioned, a lot of the higher reviews are fake. We've were even told as employees to go and leave more positive reviews which is a joke. So, please take all of the more positive reviews with a grain of salt. Lastly, you'll be let go with no warning, no lead up, nothing. I barely got more than a "oh well, sorry" kind of explanation and after I had already worked half of a shift. I know this is an AI company and I believe not all AI is bad, but here they'll replace you with AI without a second thought.
