Since there are not many projects and a lot of backbiting from some individuals who can't manage to bring any projects and have almost zero to no knowledge about the product they are working on but surviving by oiling management, along with clueless management, you will end up with a lot of free time. This means you can learn a lot of things on your own if you want to, and you will be wasting your career.
Cons
Unfair Treatment: Despite significant contributions, and following resignation process faced an unexpected early termination without showing any reason, Lack of Respect for Employees: The manner in which the termination was handled was insulting and indicative of the company's disregard for employees' professional transitions. Inconsistent Management Practices: The decision-making process regarding projects, employee resignations and terminations seemed arbitrary and lacking transparency. Very Poor Salary scale with no compensations and benefits.
