Unpaid Mandatory Meetings: These practices violate basic labor rights in Germany. Managerial Threats & Harassment:A culture of fear is present: if you disagree with imposed conditions, you're made to feel disposable, regardless of your performance. Excessive Noise Levels: Loud music is played throughout the open office space, regularly exceeding 75 decibels with peaks up to 85 dB. No remote work even if u are here for a long time the management do not trust ther employees and feel like you still are in higschool.
