      Pros

      There are some really good people but they are dropping like flies. I was genuinely excited when I started but by the time I left it was essentially a different place.

      Cons

      The CEO seems to have a talent for trusting the wrong people. Meanwhile, he overworks, alienates, and distrusts the few good employees he has. The product doesn’t meet a current need. While the original was innovative when released 40 years ago, the new cloud iteration comes up wildly short. It simply doesn’t have the robust features or easy UI a modern tool needs. The environment has gone toxic. The wrong people are at the top and they are sowing division, fear, and unpleasantness. The “open time off” isn’t real. You’re often made to feel bad about taking it or the environment makes you too afraid to do so.

      Pros

      Great culture, market plus pay, fantastic benefits (100% employer paid medical), thoughtful leadership, incentive uncapped sales related variable comp, celebrates the wins, people oriented, on track for future development, cutting edge tech tools, allows a hybrid reporting system for locals, long term employee retention, highly recommend if you can land a position there.

      Genuinely exceptional leadership — the executive team is sharp, transparent, and trusts people to do their best work. You get real ownership from day one. An incredible opportunity to build, it is the kind of high-impact work most people never get, and the support to do it well is there. The mission actually means something — the product helps real people and that purpose shows up in how the team operates. Fast-moving, collaborative, and refreshingly free of bureaucracy. Decisions get made, and good ideas get heard.

      Honestly hard to find much.
