Pros
The people who work for Ellevate are some of the most amazing people I’ve ever met. The company is also really flexible with working from home and supporting you if you choose to move to another location and work remotely.
Cons
The pay is unbelievably below market standard, especially since it’s a small team and you do a lot more than the role they hire you for. It’s disheartening because the company teaches women about asking for what you’re worth but doesn’t practice that value internally. You’re also not well encouraged to take your unlimited PTO so that benefit tends to go to waste.
