We are glad to hear you enjoyed your work and the people you worked with. Our employee culture is extremely important to us. With regard to compensation. EBDG offers a competitive compensation & benefits package that exceeds industry standards. We do annual national salary surveys, and update our Affirmative Action Plan annually to ensure we offer good wages and benefits to our employees. We would love to discuss your concerns further if you are interested. You can reach us at info@ebdg.com.

Pros

EBDG is a well established design group that is not afraid of change. Truly open book management that promotes ownership and leadership at all levels. Internal development is well supported and the variety of work presents new challenges and opportunities. An overall positive work environment and team to be a part of!

Cons

A new focus towards hybrid/remote work is a positive work/life benefit for most people, but does not work for all.

Pros

There is a great team spirit and community at EBDG among all of the employees, we celebrate our wins and work hard to maintain our clients. I see cooperation and collaboration from all of the staff on proposals and projects. I appreciate the Open Book Management practices at EBDG. Performance metrics and numbers are shared weekly, giving everyone a sense of where the company is headed and what we all need to do to improve. My personal goals are clear and my future growth plan within the company has been shared with me. The work atmosphere is enjoyable, we get regular four-legged visitors and there is a huge common space for the employees to mingle and interact (and practice yoga on Fridays).

Cons

Getting to Ballard can be challenging.
