Front-End Developer - Anonymous employee Elliotts Web Employee Review

Jim Elliott is a horrible person. The clients are never happy, and the management doesn't care to please them, they just want their money. Some of my co-workers were borderline psychotic. I buddied up with one colleague who was relatable and normal just to get through my days there. I can't tell you how many times we weren't paid on time. The company had to change their name because they were recognized as a known scam. There is no upward-movement in this company or celebration of the employees. Just please Jim Elliott or else you're fired. You are only a contracted employee but they tell you when and where you work, which is illegal. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemies.
