The new CEO comes from the European office and with his team of yes-women has changed the roles, titles and pay of all the employees, not in a favorable direction. The new "Global Leadership Team", which consequently only consists of members in the European office, added more duties, demoted titles with the intention of paying the US employees less. And should the employee not want to take on more for less money, the job was relegated to a team-member in Wales they could pay less.
They've changed the layout to an open space floor plan, so that their moles can report back to their Global Leader. It's noisy, unprofessional and sounds like a boiler room when customers are calling into any department.
Every employee, aside from the European team, has been moved out of offices to accommodate their growing egos. It's unfortunate that a legacy, women led, family-owned company is being turned into a bland, cookie cutter craft company. Their new business plan is a boring as their color palette.
