Pros

none cause there's nothing here

Cons

First, all the reviews here are fake. No work life balance. No office culture. No work ethics. only false promises which they don't deliver upon. Worst Management ever. During the interview process, they might seem like the best people with their hopes and promises but after a few weeks, you just become a 12-16 hour working machine who is not allowed to think about anything except work. Management fails at planning every week and puts the entire blame on the team. All early employees who gave up their all personal life for the organization left just because they were treated not more than laborers. Lots of Internal Politics. Management asks you to not interact with other teams because they think it is bad for the organization. They keep an eye on the exact time you come, exact time you leave, how many breaks you take and for how long and this is used against you even though you are working days and nights to deliver on their unrealistic expectations. No. of hours sitting in office is more important than productivity. Those who know how to do politics, blame others, and how to keep management happy can survive here and are appreciated.

Pros

I have been with Eloelo for over 5 years and joined during its very inception . The company provides strong ownership and meaningful responsibility, especially for those who take initiative. It has been a high-learning environment with direct exposure to strategic decision-making and business building. The founder has a clear long-term vision and strong conviction. His resilience, ambition, and hands-on approach create a culture of accountability and growth. Leadership is accessible, and performance is recognized. The company also supports employees well with benefits like free breakfast, lunch, snacks, and other perks:)

Cons

As the company continues to scale, processes and structures are still evolving. It requires adaptability and comfort with a dynamic environment.
