As a result, teams will try to install at unmanageable speeds for bonus that they’ll never see. Management forced my team to work in unsafe weather conditions. This resulted in a home owner asking us to stop our work so that we wouldn’t get hurt on their property. When the home owner called management to ask why we were still working, they responded “it’s okay if they get hurt, the company is insured.” Stay away if you care about your own safety.
