      Pros

      Middle level management concern. That is new for me before joining there. So I interested to join in that concern. First I got increment regularly, after HR level change, all are collapsed.

      Cons

      more politics, not on date salary. Human resource department is not well enough for employees to get benefits. More politics in increment.

      Pros

      The allows you to take initiatives, showcase your creativity and excel in what you love.

      Cons

      Lack of HR and admin structure, some times it becomes an added responsibility for the team leads, but then i guess that gives you an opportunity to showcase your entrepreneurial skills.

      Not heavy load of work. Can work and still have enough time to chill out, without much pressure from anyone.

      Cons

      Low on work satisfaction. If anyone is looking for some mind blowing profile, that wouldn't happen. Lack of proper channel
