The business is trying to grow since its investment a year ago but there still isn't a clear direction from leadership on where this growth should come from Investment in staffing is lacking, the 'bootstrap' mentality doesn't work for enterprise projects Very slow to replace people who have been fired or who have left Resourcing is poorly considered so several large projects have failed because of an attitude of 'sell it now and worry about delivering it later' Benefits package is non-existent and there is little investment in training Leadership team are inexperienced and often seem out of their depth
