Management is a bit messy.
Some politics when you get near to the top.
Not very advisable for people joining in higher positions.
They mostly hire interns to supply demand to other higher paying countries and then promote them to have people that do not have their own styles of working.
Trello management is key here, basically means double work. You work and you're forced to update what you're working on in key precise details.
