Pros

The pay is pretty good. Co-workers are very friendly.

Cons

I've worked for big corporations, small startups, I've seen very different businesses and this place is, by far, the worst. Work-life balance is non existant. You are constantly required to work weekends. Extra hours are something seen on an almost daily bases. They have no clue how to handle client requirements, which leads to an everlasting snowball effect where work piles up and everyone ends up working extra hours. Methodologies and frameworks are completely thrown out the window in a silly attempt to deliver more work faster. This makes the quality of the final product questionable at best. (SPOILER ALERT)- During the interview process: They will try to hook you in by saying they look for loyal employees. They will make you believe this may be a suitable place to build a carreer. Make no mistake, this is untrue. I've seen them fire 15+ people in one day with no heads up and no reasonable justification, people who I know firsthand were good capable workers. The only appealing benefit is a 1k voucher for you to can spend on equipment you deem necessary to perform your daily tasks, When your time with the company is done, they will attempt to sell back to you the items you bought with the voucher,

Pros

I've been working at Emerios for the last 3 years and can now say that through good times and those that have been more challenging the company and its leadership walks the talk. It's not always easy to stand in the face of adversity and maintain your values however, Emerios has lived up to its commitments and promises. The work environment is both caring and competitive. Opportunities are offered to employees for personal and professional development. Communication is shared throughout the organization and the leadership team prides itself on transparency. If you're looking for a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment to learn new skills and grow, Emerios would be an ideal place to be.

Cons

Because the company has signed on some large fortune 500 customers right out of the gate, adding new talent is a must. Many people where multiple hats causing some team members to feel overwhelmed. While adding new talent is a top priority, you may be asked to perform functions a bit outside of your comfort zone/job description.
