      - A lot of responsibility from the start - Great way to gain fast and a lot of experience - Young team - Nice office in the center of Frankfurt

      Cons

      - Pay is below average - Internal culture has changed to a rat race to get just any result where backstabbing is almost encouraged - Hire/Fire culture - Different salaries for different people in the same positions and locations - Promotions are being slowed down/favoritism
