Pros

Good learning as when you get thrown out you only have the option to learn. Its a big high school, if you are into that type of drama and party culture. International people.

Cons

If you are a women, you will not get promotions. Sorry, the company consists of men on top. Women will get pushed around when they get close. Common feedback is that they are to emotional. *red flag* You will work your butt off for minimum compensation. No overtime, no bonus, no commission. maybe a 25 euro amazon gift card and a generic email on your birthday. You will be mentally destroyed by managers sitting on the executive level. I have overheard playful conversations about how a managers team member broke down in tears. People resign left and right so they hire a lot of new people. Unfortunately, its the nice people who leave as they realise it is not worth it. I am envious. Performance reviews called PSB´s are promised on a ca. 6 month basis but will only happen if you beg repeatedly for it. Then a manager who might or might not know what you are doing will ´defend´you. People do not smile or say hi to each other. People are generally unhappy so its very tense and bad feeling in the company. Whatever KPI´s you have will never be achieved and you will be to blame for it. - I am also leaving the company very very soon-
