I have so much respect for the product and the people. I feel very aligned with senior management and the direction of the organization. Amazing place to work.

Always so much to do. HUD has to slow down.

Everyone is 100% remote with the option to go into the Pembroke Pines office.

The people, the structure, the lack of accountability, and the toxic work place culture. Senior staff members answer to everything is “ive been here 20+ years”. Management doesn’t hold them accountable. They’re causing employee turnover. If you check any minority box this place isn’t for you.
