Disingenuous senior leadership. Act like a family if you’re an insider. Company lacks any vision. CEO promoted someone with no leadership skills or vision to run company into the ground. Place is run like a fire drill with a bully mentality annd interrogation every time someone or something goes wrong. They are several years behind pay, management style, and turnover is rampant.
