Incredible commitment to advancing the workforce in central Indiana

Not all endeavors are well thought-out in advance of commitment to them, so fulfilling obligations/projects can have extra roadblocks to navigate.

The overall mission of helping Marion County residents and employers being connected is meaningful. Depending on what your title is and which department you are in, you can see the positive outcomes that are happening within the community. Additionally, the people are great, even if there has been some turnover recently. Being hybrid helps with good work/life balance. Good benefits.

It can sometimes be difficult to understand the work that other teams are doing and how they can help the work that you do in your position; you do have to make the effort to reach out to others. Work can sometimes be unorganized. Over the years, the DEIB efforts have decreased due to the capacity of work at the HR level.
