Not a great place to work - Analyst Empowered Systems Employee Review

Empowered Systems has a lot of pros. If you're in the United States, the fact that our insurance is covered is a huge benefit. The organization is completely remote, which provides a level of support that is unparalled considering it doesn't operate in office, but there are multiple events each year to get employees together in our respective home countries. As ES isgrowing, opportunities are everywhere, they just have to be found and identified. Management is solid and continues to push the company in a positive direction.

Growing pains from the separation from Refinitiv/LSEG. A lot of organizational changes are afoot and it makes it hard to navigate from time to time.

Working at Empowered Systems, you are able to work with many domains. Their compensation and employee paid benefits are reasonably priced and have good coverage.

Empowered Systems does not communicate a clear company direction and vision which makes it difficult to get excited about the end goal. Staff retention rate is low due to resource availability and difficult clients. Lack of staffing increases the workload on existing staff risking burn out. The company provided benefits such as Short Term Disability are the bare minimum required by law so be sure to review carefully.
